Change is disruptive and challenging for all human beings...especially when it comes to workplace change. Change Management strategies are designed to create alignment between management and staff as facilities and real estate leaders work through issues surrounding changes in the workplace.

Learn the basics of Change Management, the importance of hanging a lantern on problems and rewarding early adopting employees who become change champions.  You will learn the differences in communication needs generationally.

Angie Earlywine is the Location Leader and Workplace Strategist for HOK’s
St. Louis, MO office location, providing leadership in the areas of facility planning, workplace solutions and the latest in workplace research and trends.  Angie specializes in leading workplace transformation projects and developing change management communication strategies for major corporations in the Midwest Region of the U.S.   

Pre-registration open through Sunday, March 8th.
After 3/8, registrations will only be taken onsite.

Cost:
