CREW Mentor of the Year
The CREW St. Louis Mentor of the Year Award honors a member of the CREW St. Louis chapter for outstanding excellence in mentorship and support to CREW Members promoting the spirit of commercial real estate, principals and practices.
All of the stories submitted should reflect how a mentor has made a difference in the life of a mentee.
How will the winner be selected?
All submissions will be reviewed by committee of judges consisting of past CREW St. Louis Presidents and Awards and Recognition Committee members. The ideal award winner will showcase the diversity of CREW St. Louis members’ experience and talents whether by showcasing a premier example of the commercial real estate business in the St. Louis metropolitan marketplace or by showcasing the power of the networking experience CREW St. Louis membership provides. Factors to be given strong consideration by the Judging Committee include (i) the number of CREW members involved; (ii) the number of real estate disciplines involved; and, for the Deal of the Year award, (iii) project complexity. Transaction size (in terms of dollars and/or physical size) alone will not be a factor. The Committee urges you to submit a project that you feel was significant for you in the past year even if it does not met 100% of the above-referenced criteria. We would like a broad representation of deals from CREW St. Louis members.
